Fairfield Inn Concord

The staff were very nice. Our room smelled like stale smoke, had a loud a/c unit, wasn't very clean, bed not comfortable. Bathroom toilet seat was not stable. Area of hotel was sketchy and felt unsafe.

Nice place to stay overnight. Really good breakfast and most importantly very comfortable bedding.

The hot tub was out of order! The water in the pool very cold too! You’d think for almost $200/night you’d at least get to go in the hot tub, and not just pay for the 4 walls in the room…I’d like a partial refund please for both rooms, thanks!

Everything was very nice except the mattress & pillows they were very uncomfortable...mattress actually felt like an old spring mattress. Also the highway was very loud outside our room.

Convenient location, a little noisy being as close to the highway as it was but clean with nice staff members.

There is a great breakfast, and the staff are attentive. But, I was there several days and had no housekeeping services. Perhaps it’s on demand only? Avoid Room 217– intermittent security lights on a transformer outside shine through the translucent curtains all night. The a/c unit is quite loud. There is a $20/night amenities charge (security deposit) that is removed after you check out and they determine you did not trash the room. So many annoyances in a place that used to be quite nice. Come on, Fairfield Marriott Concord, you can do better. At least the breakfast is top notch!
