Excellent customer service by the front desk. Room was clean.

Hotel is good but old. Housekeeping is good but not available daily.

Clean hotel with pleasant staff. Didn’t like that room was close to pool on 1st floor. Next time I'd ask for different room

I wish I could have regulated the temperature. I tried repeatedly, to no avail. Also another chair would have been good, as there were two of us and one chair.

We had no real problems.

Room was not ready upon arrival. Cable chord was gone so no tv service. We had to pack up and move to another room. No ironing board or soap in that room. We had to call room service again. Rowdy kids screaming in the halls for an hour.

Breakfast was amazing, one of the best we've experienced.

Couldn't connect to their wifi; It was an auto-connect without password, but the browser of my phone and fire stick device kept crashing - this never happens when i connect through usual means (with a password), and so I couldn't proceed further, and was not able to use it; I mentioned it to staff, but they didn't really know how to help remedy the situation. The TV also didn't respond to input switching, and so I ended up using my laptop for my show, connected through mobile hotspot; Moreover, there was no way to close the window from outside lights as the the curtain rail on each end, didn't really reach the middle, and so there was no way to close the center - which left the room bright at night, and being at the ground floor, we didn't feel that we had complete privacy - and paired with uncomfortable pillows, we ended up having very bad sleep. Furthermore, the property was near the highway, and so every once in a while we could hear vehicles through the night; finally the unit didn't have a luggage rack which was inconvenient.
