Fairfield Inn & Suites Memphis I-240 & Perkins

The room was clean. Wish they had ice and vending on eacb floor

Hotel staff were not friendly. Air conditioner and electric outlets did not work and the bathroom was not clean. We notified staff who did not even offer to change our room. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights, however, due to everything, we rented a room elsewhere for the second night and just wasted the money that we had already paid to stay there.

The property def needs to be upgraded. The beds are super uncomfortable, bring your own pillow, these are terrible. ease of coming and going was fine. Breakfast was good.

Overall rated this place a 5.4/10 Gym 6.5/10: Had an Elliptical, Bike, 2 treadmills and weights to 50lb, motivational sayings on the wall but no towels or wipes Room 5.0/10: Was small, bathroom slightly above decent, tv didn’t work Misc: Their system was down

Unlike the listing says, they do not have a crib or pack and play here. The first room we got smelled horrible, but they reassigned us to the same room on another floor and it was fine. The lobby is nice. The rooms are pretty old and dirty. I would probably not stay here again based on price and location (not close enough to the airport).

Good location

Television cable was awful. Very few channels worked. Also, our room had many patched walls and the tile in the tub.

Great hotel. I’m a business traveler and it’s clean, simple and accommodating staff. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but not a problem for me.
