Fairfield Inn & Suites Memphis I-240 & Perkins

Didn’t like anything.

Pictures on the website were definitely deceptive. Wear and tear with everything. Marks all over the walls, chunks missing even, the whole place smelled musty, and the room was super humid. Nothing looked clean. It felt grimy. The neighborhood was not good either. We were not content with our stay nor did we feel safe and comfortable to stay there. We checked out an hour later. They would not refund us or even give us a partial refund.

The room was not clean, the floor of our room was sticky. And the room did not feel nor look clean. The breakfast was not very good.

rude customer service as well as a lot of homeless in and out of he property random people that were not even staying at the hotel.

When we entered the parking lot I noticed a security gate. I was beginning to wonder what we were getting ourselves into by staying here. So while I was checking into the hotel. I was greeted by two people. He looked me up by my name up, and i was congratulated of my elite status with Marriott.. After I was given a room, I asked for the 4th floor and asked for a upgrade as eell. I was accompanied with a nice room. The workout room was nice. But I was very disappointed when I saw the pool out of commission. And it appears to be a while. So I left my trunks packed. I which I knew that before booking this hotel Breakfast was decent typical. Normal type of people who stay there
