"Best of times!"

Great staff, Aleck is a great bartender, very friendly staff, overall. Great views, beach foot steps away, excellent hot tub and swimming pools. They had the best hotel coffee, too. The room was clean, comfortable beds and quiet, which enhanced a good night's sleep.

"Stay far away!!!"

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I booked this hotel for four days through a third party, but due to car troubles, we missed the first day. When we showed up, they said they gave our room away and that they were booked for the remainder of the day. I asked for a refund because I used a substantial amount of points. They refused and they denied giving my room away. I’ve never dealt with such an unethical, rude, and unsympathetic staff. We literally traveled over 16 hours for the trip to be ruined. Luckily there are way better hotels, but just stay far away from this one!!!!

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location was great.

Didn't care for it being pet friendly, someone near me dog barked all night. Housekeeping came once so I had to call & ask for new towels.

"Good value, descent hotel."

Kathy at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very professional and courteous.

The pillows were not to my liking. They collapse underneath you. The beds were ok. I did not like that there was not much parking during our stay. We had to park very far from our building.
