"Definitely worth my time and money again!"

1st time there. The totality of the stay was awesome. Breakfast buffet setup was on point. My favorite was the lunch setup on the deck. Chef and Bartender were great.

Wasn't much we didnt like. The uncontrollable..... Weather mainly as it was cold and wet the first couple days. Really warmed up at the end.

"Beware of the in-room Air Quality Monitor"

Following our stay at Four Points by Marriott Fort Walton Beach, we were charged $452 based on a report generated by an air quality monitoring system installed by a company called Rest. According to the hotel’s general manager, Jason Koss, the charge was attributed to alleged smoking or vaping activity in the room. I want to state clearly that neither I, my daughter, nor my daughter-in-law smoke or vape any substances. During our stay, we only used standard in-room amenities (e.g., iron, hair dryer, microwave). There was no alarm, no notification, and no staff response at the time of the alleged incident. We were not made aware of any concern until after the charge was applied. If there were issues with air quality, it is our position that this reflects a concern with the hotel environment or monitoring system—not guest behavior. The lack of real-time notification or verification raises serious concerns about the fairness and accuracy of this charge. The General Manager has offered no help to eradicate the charges.
