Very nice facility, very clean, right on the beach and directly across from the convention center.

The weird $25 fee they charge then give back to you as a $25 credit for food from the hotel. It cannot be used on the day of checkout. I had no choice but to use mine at the super busy bar. The food was mediocre. I would’ve much preferred to use it the next morning before we checked out out at the breakfast restaurant.

It was similar to a resort. The staff were willing to help with any needs.

My fiancé rented the room, and during our stay we were contacted by the hotel and accused of smoking/vaping in the room while we had actually been away from the property for several hours at the beach. Shortly after, our room key was deactivated, forcing us to go to the front desk before we could even access our room to shower and get ready. The hotel claimed the accusation came from an air quality monitoring system, yet staff refused to provide any report, documentation, or evidence supporting the allegation when we requested it. There was no real-time warning, no visible smoke, no odor concern communicated during our stay, and no transparency regarding how this conclusion was reached. What made the situation most frustrating was not just the accusation itself, but the lack of professionalism and transparency in how it was handled. Guests deserve clear communication and documentation before being threatened with significant charges. By the way read another review same experience.

Parking. Had to park almost to the main road while our room was beach front . Parking was over crowded.
