Great people and a nice looking hotel. Great access to food.

The parking lot access is not very accessible for larger vehicles. If you drive a large truck the way in guarantees that you roll over curbs with trailer tires and potentially damaging your trailer and tires or get stuck. You would think for the size of the parking lot it would be more accessible.

They had a car show going on so parking lot was full. Property looks very run down with little upkeep. Room was dirty, hair in sink, lotion on wall and lotion pump, cracked tile, missing grout. Smoke alarm had bright blinking light all night. Pool water was green. Peeling flooring. Pooling water just sitting on floor. Hallways had terrible smell including weed smell inside and outside property.

"Saddest vacation for one"

The shower barely worked; only offering a bit more than a trickle, the mini fridge was barely cooler than room temperature with no temperature adjustment and the ice machine on the floor I was staying wasn’t working. I also got “stuck” in the elevator briefly when leaving the hotel for my stay.
