早餐非常棒！一楼环境很好！

孩子需要收10刀的早餐费，即便孩子只有6岁！这在加拿大还是头一次遇到。房间浴室很差，喷头坏的，而且门都没有，洗完澡后整个卫生间地板全湿了！放了2瓶洗发水，一瓶沐浴露，没有护发素。房间在马路边，很吵。 前台服务员讲英语太快了，看起来耐心不足。卫生间里没有排气扇！！！！！！！

No heat or cooling control and no action on our complaint of this issue by management. Parking was expensive and was not part of the room cost. Strange passage from parking to the frost desk.

Breakfast was great , lots of selection , fresh fruit s as and choice of sweetened snd unsweetened yogurt

I tried an omelette snd crepes. Vegetables were not cooked and neither were eggs. Tried a crepe but s as lol undercooked. Both were fried in oil which is not compatible with egg dishes

Love the fitness center with everything you can think of. 5 pin bowling 5$/hr/Lane kids loved it. Homemade mini golf was ok and arcade was a disappointment some machines took out money. Things I loved was safe parking onsite and available till midnight of your check out day. Close to bus and train routes to the mall, also a few restaurants in walking distance. Loved the beds!!!!!

The way we were dealt with, the ceiling in the our showroom clasped, we. Came after a party @ 4.00am. No conderation given to the inconvenience that caused us , were offered a room on the 10th floor when we were staying on the 3 floor. No compensation offered, in fact our email hasn’t been responded to. Very poor service, no consideration for the customer given. We’re told we had already paid for the stay, even though we endured a clasped ceiling and out stuff there ruined!
