Four Points by Sheraton Ventura Harbor Resort

Huge spacious room.

Old air conditioning system, floors were cold.

Big comfortable room, close to harbor with harbor views, great resturant, comfy beds

Dirty floors, unlocked patio door, bathroom windows visible for walkways

In the past this was a very nice hotel. Not so much anymore. Feels more like a Motel 6 now.

Maintenance is severely lacking. Dead plants, broken lighting and peeling paint. No included breakfast. Just not worth the price of staying here. So sad.

It was beautiful & spacious. I highly recommend. It’s clean & hes are super comfy.

Will let me first say I didnt even get to state there at the hotel which lead me to stay in my car . So I booked a room through booking .Com I paid,and got my confirmation when to the hotel to check in and the lady at the front n t desk said she didnt have e any rooms available, I then said no I have already booked a room she couldn't find my reservation in her system so I go back to my car get the confirmation # take it to the lady at the front desk to show her or prove to her I have paid and reserved a room she says nope ur not in the system and I dont gave anymore rooms so you have to call booking .Com and that was all she could tell me todo. Can't even believe this its now 9:30 pm with no room mind you i have my son with me. So I call booking.com and they tell me sorry we can refund you youre money but it wont be back on youre card for a few days so I was trying to not lose my" cookies" I ask them can they not refund me and just let me find a room at the same value on there site nope so long story short myself and my son ended up with no room that night .

Dont know I didnt get to stay in my room that I reserved .and the front desk has no customer service .
