It is in a convenient location.

The property is nothing like advertised. The pictures did not match the room and we had three rooms for our family, so it wasn’t just a random fluke. The rooms were dirty, mildew in the shower, plumbing issues, and an old air conditioner unit that whistled all night long. The outdoor walkways were dirty. This location is way overdue for an update and at the price it was offered we would have assumed it was updated. Upon registration we were told the restaurant was open, but then walking over to the restaurant it was closed and they were serving food in the lobby. We went ahead and ordered only to have our salad delivered to an empty table and then when the rest of our food came a half an a hour later they served us that salad that we obviously refused.

Proximity to the Harbor, offered breakfast and dinner options ( not included with the room, but convenient, amazingly the Clam Chowder tasted really great, Jacuzzi right outside my room. They also had a bar.

Not a deal breaker, but the room facilities haven't been upgraded unlike the other hotel next to it. It is also not really right next to the harbor, because there is a road and a parking lot next to it, so you can't really see the water if you're on the ground floor. It's also not sound proof, I'm just lucky that I didn't have any noisy neighbors. Overall, staying here is ok if the rates are lower off season.
