Four Points by Sheraton Ventura Harbor Resort

The rooms are very outdated. The hotel itself is outdated and while walking to our room during the night, there was spiderwebs and huge spiders on each lamp post that was above us while we were walking toward our room not to mention there was spiderwebs on the door of our room, spiders everywhere. Pillows are super used, old and flat. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheet were stained. When I turned on the shower, there was water spewing out from the shower head tube that is connected to the plumbing. It spewed everywhere.

Wallpaper was peeling off.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The property in general and the rooms specifically are in dire need of updating. The hotel feels old and tired.

Four Points by Sheraton Ventura Harbor Resort has a very relaxing atmosphere close to the ocean. Clean, quiet and excellent service.
