Good location across the road from a large mall offering shopping and dining.

Service not too good. Forgot to service our room the first night and forgot to refill amenities 2 of the other nights.

Tiles in shower and shower curtain dirty. Toilet got clogged told them as we left in the morning so when we returned in the evening we thought it would have been taken care of no such luck so when we returned that night we had to move to another room at 10pm! Not good business practice!

The location, staff, and complimentary breakfast.

The room I had smelled bad, and the air conditioning unit was super loud. We had to turn the air conditioning off to try to sleep, then it was muggy in the room. The safe was broken also.

Staff and breakfast

The queen size bed my wife went to pull the covers on there was blood droplets alongside of bed cover n sheets, and underneath the sheet pad/ side of bed mattress looked snot rubbed along side. We were disgusted and unsatisfied when we saw this, talked to front desk she couldn't move us to another room which met out needs, n housekeeping already off. So extra sheets n bedding were brought to us n we had to remake our own beds. Took pictures of all the stains
