Nothing! Will not stay there again.

Tried to request for at the least some new clean sheets because the bed smelled terribly like if a cat spayed on it! And I got no response nor any help to remove the smell.

Ok so the customer service at front desk was pleasant. But the bed in my room smelled like a cat had just spayed on it! It was awful! And when I mentioned the smell to front desk clerk , which was a different person that checked me in,.. she ignored my request for new sheets. And didn’t even respond to my complaint.

Seriously one of the nastiest places ive ever stayed. Opt for literally anywhere else

It was literal hell on earth. I booked the place for my children and I…walked into the lobby, a stench that is hard to describe met us as we walked in. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and it only got worst. Needless to say I did not end up even staying a night. It was THAT bad and I am not a picky person. The stench of the pool area was another thing. WARNING the pictures are not the same place. This whole place is a lie, don’t let the price lure you to waste you time and money like I did. Booking.com still has not offered me a refund, so my girls and I were stranded until a contact of a contact put us up in their home for the nights. Total disaster! Poor customer service.

I honestly wish I could think of even one thing. But absolutely nothing

Worst garbage dump I have ever seen. False advertising on web site(Expedia) everything smelled bad, poor lighting, rotting curtains construction garbage everywhere. No people occupying site. Only three staff mom (3 here 3 months from India) her 2 young children some dirt bag with dirty cloth. Hall lights all damaged. Outside lights broken and rusting. Dirt everywhere. But the had how to take you for one night memorized. I will be calling state attorney general, health dept. This place should have closed years ago.

The bed smells like cat spaying! It’s awful smell! But the gentleman working the front desk was very pleasant.

The front desk staff is professional, communicative and friendly. The room I was provided was very spacious and clean.
