Out dated and very dirty, looked like it was getting ready for demolition, work tools and smelled and we had a cockroach in the bathroom, doors that didn’t belong on frames and light fixtures replaced leaving holes and bare wires exposed, one gentleman came to the front desk stating he turned on his AC and lost power in his whole room

Not up to par. Renovations going on. Bar inside played loud music all night long

Did NOT stay the night got there 1030pm left by 12 am. Shower handle did not turn and same in other room given. Clerk had to play with handle to work. Also outside room men at table drinking and being very loud! Husband and I got fed up. Went home!!!! Just wanted shower and bed. Shower handle again would not budge! In 2 Rooms! Unexceptable. The party outside room didn't help either!

It was infested with roaches and other insects. The drop ceiling was missing and leaking black water.

I stayed here to visit with family who live on-site... Despite the fact that my family members are there 24 hours day/7 days a week; the management refused to give these kids a well-deserved absolutely earned break from the monotony of being a "prisoner" to their establishment... I found their treatment of their employees, not just my family members, to be completely unreasonable and totally unacceptable... If it's up to me, I plan on reporting them to every state -or- local officials I can find... Not only for their mistreated employees, but their lousy salary payments being provided to all of the staff there... From my understanding, the staff is being TERRIBLY UNDERPAID on a level that is equivalent to SLAVERY ... and HIGHLY ILLEGAL in every state/county in this country...!!! They are in big, big TROUBLE if you want my personal opinion... I will NOT allow them to continue this mistreatment of not just family but ALL the people who work there....

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! After 5 mins of checking in we left the room immediatally due to us seeing a lot of hair strands on the bed, and bathroom tub, mold and holes on the walls. Carpet dirty n smelly room. When we went back to the front desk to request a refund they declined with no hestitation and refused to let us speak to a supervisor. They offered us an upgraded room and that was even worse than the first one. After the roaches were climbing around on the walls and in the mini fridge we demanded a refund. AGAIN!!! They even kept our security deposit when we didnt even stay in the room! While trying to get a refund they would say deal with expedia yet they took our money and then everytime we called they were rude and hung up on us..we took video's of the roaches and mold and continue to keep fighting with the property..keep your money and your sanity and do not book here..even if it was free..I REPEAT THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
