The door was covered in mold. there were stains on my bedding. the toilet didnt flush -- it overflowed. the ceiling looked like it had water damage and was lifting in areas. worst hotel i have ever stayed in. i dont know how its still in operation.

The Roaches. The dirty pool. The Roaches. The leaking inside of the hotel. The Roaches. The leaking inside of the rooms. The Roaches. The missing ceiling tiles everywhere. The Roaches. Dirty hallways with wet carpet. The Roaches. The smell. I could go on. Gym was unusable. All the equipment was broken down and was full of Roaches. Same for the Sauna. The entire place needs a serious paint job too. Once they get rid of the Roaches. They need to replace the hundred ceiling tiles that are missing. Get rid of the wet carpet. Fix the roof to stop the leaks. Etc.

Where to start? Smelled musty as soon as you walk through the door. We were on a first floor, and the whole ceiling was dripping with rain, carpet and furniture soaked. Miserable staff, I can totally understand why though. Green pool. And last but not least… roach infested… ROACHES EVERYWHERE.

staff was helpful and helped move my room 3 times with no issue.

Rooms infested with roaches! roaches literally everywhere. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes and mold. dirty bed sheets. green nasty water in the pool, felt like I contracted a disease solely by walking by. Random sketchy drunks walking in and out of bar on site who weren’t even staying at hotel. Do not stay here especially if you have kids! You’ve been warned
