Clarion Hotel Conference Center on Lake Erie

The room only had one lamp that worked, and we had to move furniture to plug it in. The telephone did not work at all. We asked at the fro t desk and clerk was totally disinterested in hearing us or adding help. The shower had no handle inside to open shower.needs

Paid extra for 'lake view', but i couldn't see the lake through the wondow condensation and the dirt. Service is down to understaffed front desk and virtually no room cleaning. I've been staying there for 30-plus years, and this will have been the last time.

We loved the location. Our room was very clean except for the dampness. There was no vent in the bathroom, the carpet was clean but damp. The beds were clean. I could not use the internet available due to lack of security. We did notice that there was renovation going on in the building which was promising. We would visit the hotel again and hopefully the reno will be complete

Our 2 night stay was very welcoming and the morning breakfast had a wonderful variety.

Just near lake erie and beautiful. Just infront of hotel lots of smoking butt and no clean up other than that was a good place to stay. The staffs are excellent and friendly ans quick respon.

It’s location. Sits right on the water.

This hotel has so much potential. Outdoor pool was closed. Landscaping was mediocre. View — outstanding.

Everything about the hotel was EXCELLENT! Easy check in and check out , friendly staff, and very clean rooms . The restaurant was also very good. Great food and reasonable prices. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for an enjoyably stay!

Staff is excellent. Building needs upgrading. Surprised how Dunkirk isn’t busy. Should be a hopping town for tourists. It’s beautiful there

We had a great overnight stay here between fishing outings on Lake Erie. Friendly staff and Jenn does a great job with breakfast! Stellbound is an added plus!
