Pool was nice.

Elevator was bit small. My view was of the air handlers and the roof.

The swimming pool was very pleasant, nice and warm. We enjoyed our swim. The Solarium was the venue where our event was being held. It was very nice, but the staff that was working the event were very quick to take your plates, coffee cups away before you had actually finished.

The staff at the front desk were okay, but not overly friendly, the hotel is very dated, the halls and rooms are carpeted and in most hotels now, carpets have been replaced with laminate/vinyl flooring, for a cleaner room. The room felt dirty with the old carpeting. The room looked clean, and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was okay, but the pillows were not comfortable. We didn't have a very nice view from our room. We only stayed at this hotel, because the event we had travelled for was being held in this hotel. If I was going to Sudbury again, I would book another hotel.

There was no hot tub and for the money I paid they should have a free breakfast. They have breakfast but at $20/ person is crazy for the selection they offered. I won't stay here again

I liked the clean room

I stayed at the property from April 17 to April 30, 2026. During my stay, I encountered several issues: Noise Disturbance: There were groups of children on my floor who were frequently running in the corridors and making significant noise, including jumping and racing, particularly at night. This caused repeated disturbances and disrupted my sleep, which was unacceptable. Gym Conditions: The gym facility was excessively warm and humid, likely due to its connection to the swimming pool area. The high temperature and humidity made it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe to exercise. I was unable to access the facility which was included in the price of my stay Breakfast Quality: The breakfast options were limited and repetitive. French toast was served daily, with no variety such as waffles or pancakes, which would typically be expected. there was no variety. Elevator issue: There was only 1 elevator in each building, making the wait sometimes for elevator very long and up to 5 minutes.
