When we arrived the system was down and we were not able to get rooms. We had to scramble to find another hotel for the night. We had booked 3 rooms so I had my elderly parents and relatives from Italy. It was very stressful.

One elevator, and older look. Could use a prim and proper paint carpet and thorough cleaning up of exterior especially in rear and sides.

The breakfast was delightful and the server/hostess was also very friendly with good food/coffee quality.

Check in- it takes awhile due to the visa not being on me and with my husband...so it is a hassle.
