"Overall, it was a pleasant stay, good bed, excellent staff interactions."

Staff was extremely helpful.

The sink was clogged with whiskers from shaving. The would flow back up and fill the sink because the water took forever to drain. The outer window was frozen open and the thermostat was not working properly; it was si hot in the room, but set at 66° when we first entered the room. This explained why the windows had been opened and frozen that way. The wallpaper was all peeled off under the window, also proof that the window had been left opened because the room was so hot.

"Friendly staff but needs a thorough cleaning and exterminator"

I’m currently staying at this hotel for a work conference. Check-in was quick, and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness of the hotel is concerning, there is visible dust and debris in the public washrooms, on the rugs, bedrooms, hallways and around various fixtures in the hotel. I also noticed bugs on the washroom walls, and we saw cockroaches in our room last night. Many of us did not sleep well knowing there are unwanted roommates staying with us.
