Location

My wife left her Diamond earrings in room and when we came back 4 hrs later they were gone. Reported it to management and they could from hallway camera sthat the only persons in room were cleaning staff Reported to Sudbury regional police for investigation

"It’s fine"

It was fine. That’s it, fine. The AC didn’t seem to fully cool, there was a weird humidity in the whole room and hallway. There was also somewhat of a smell, like somebody had cooked something last week and it was lingering. Like other reviews, it didn’t seem like the room had been thoroughly cleaned. The good parts: check-in was easy, staff were polite, parking was easy.

I didn't stay here long but there was obvious signs of wear and tear. However, staff was decent every time I interacted with them. My room was great. Nothing extra special. The only downside is there was no hot tub!
