Location right off the inner state

Blood on the sheets, dirty footprints on the sheets, mold on pillowcase, terrible odor in hallways and room and questionable stains throughout bedding.

Very nice stay, the staff were polite and very helpful.

The hotel had an awful musky damp smell as soon as you walked in to the lobby. On entering the room is was clear that the bedding had not been cleaned, there were stains everywhere. We were offered another room to check if it was ok and on entering that room there was lipstick and stains on the sheets and the pillows. Didn’t end up staying in the end and booked somewhere else, as did the couple in front of us in the queue. The women on the front desk couldn’t be more apologetic but the hotel standards were very poor.

The service was prompt when we had issues

We understand this property is under new management. That being said, there were cigarette holes in the bed and sheets, the entry door to the room would not open. They had to change the battery. The bathroom door had to be kicked in by maintenance to open, the coffee pot was not clean, the microwave was not clean. The ceiling had cracks, and the paint and stucco was peeling. Hot and cold water were reversed in the shower.
