There wasn't anything I liked. The room was filthy and looked like someone had already been staying there. Leaky fridge, busted a/c, curtains falling off. I have pictures to support my claim. I want to be refunded.

The staff was friendly.

The hotel was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke, with a very fragrant difusser trying to mask the smoke smell. It was overpowering. There was no water filling stations or cups in the rooms for water, no tissues, wifi would not work, towels were minimal and very thin.

Check in was prompt and courteous

Overall impression was filthy, the bathroom tile floors were sticky, paint is slopped all over surrounding surfaces, the dining area counters were caked with grime. Sadly there was a person assigned to the area but her only job was to insure no food was taken out of the area. Not at all like other Windham experiences.

Excellent service and breakfast. Will be staying again!!!

Looked like an old Drury Inn. Overall clean but needed updating.

Trash piled up outside the building. Looked old.
