"not as good as before"

We had previously stayed here twice before so I thought I knew what to expect. This time I was able to see differences. The bathroom tissue holder was broken in the room. I'm sure the housekeeping staff saw it. When we went to breakfast there was a lot of food in one area on the floor between the tables. When we left the staff was eating breakfast and the food was still there. I used the restroom on the first floor lobby. There were no seat covers in any of the stalls. One sink had long dark hairs in the bowl. Another sink had what looked like coffee grounds in the bowl. It felt dirty, not clean. Really disappointed.
