"I would not stay there again."

Right off the highway was good but the area was bad. Homeless and sketchy characters everywhere.

Dirty, smells like cigarettes, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The elevator seemed like it could stop working at any time.

The location was nice

We needed a handicapped place but we were given a room on the third floor at the far end of the building. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and I didn’t get much sleep. My husband had a similar experience. We think it was their mattress topper.
