Four Points by Sheraton San Diego

Clean. Comfortable beds. Staff was polite.

It's frustrating to pay for parking in an area that doesn't have a space/parking issue. There's actually a disc golf course on the property. Which doesn't attract the most favorable of patrons. And the room smelled a little musty.

Main reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub and it was not working. The ac in the room would not stay on.

I will absolutely stay here again! The staff was excellent from check in to check out!!! The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!!! Short Lyft ride to Mission Valley and the Airport. 5 stars for sure!

Clean room, though they gave us a double instead of the king we booked. Bed and pillows were super plush (not firm enough for us), but everything was clean and thermostat worked well to keep us cool. Netflix on tv was a plus, though we requested a quiet room and were woken up by a huge party of frisbee golfers congregating for some event directly under our window. Wish we had warning or they had put the golfers farther away from guest rooms. Only one night and the rest of the evening was quiet enough for sleep.

We had to cancel out trip and the booking because of a young child coming up with COVID. The hotel did not answer to our cancellation request despite several attempts, in writing and phone call, until after the day of our booking, when they refused while accusing us of not contacting them earlier. Unprofessional behavior.

I had a problem with bugs on the end room in C block on the first floor. XL cockroach in bathroom, flea in the bed, spiders on the ceiling. When i called to complain they sais that room gets a little buggy sometimes. Then why put me in it? The hotel was not full. They came and got the cockroach and gave me a different room, but they didn't offer to move my belongings. I had to move my stuff at almost midnight by myself. They did comp my parking at checkout. The second room was better but still had spiders. The pool wa nice, quiet and clean.

Beautiful location. My go to hotel when I visit family if I cant stay at their residence.

I was given the room a bit earlier than the check-in time, the staff at the front office was helpful and polite.

Old room, clean but very basic and below expectations I had from a Four Points by Sheraton. The breakfast was like one from a 2 star hotel
