The first woman that is checked in with was kind.

It was loud. I could hear everything in the hall..and guests . Hard to sleep. The front desk person in the morning/day shift would not pick up any calls. I called about 5 times. But she was right there when I left. I parked in handicap with a sign in my window. Right up front near the entrance. When I went to leave, I saw that my car had been keyed several times. My husband and I tried to call the front desk...no answer. After 3 tries. So we went in, and the woman was standing right there..eating. I asked her if they had cameras. And she seemed to know why. She said they dont work. I tokd her thst my car was keyed. She said, you can call the police..but they won't do anything. Its really disappointing to experience such a lack of care or service.

Only one Lady as the waitstaff with a temporary kitchen and bar. She was working so hard to take care of everyone! She deserves a raise!!

Love having the fridge and a clean place to sleep. We discovered our paid campground at Mt. Hood locks down at dusk and locked us out of the campground and park so we had a late check in here. I could tell this is a wonderful property when I walked in, and this trip we've left some properties that were not acceptable along the way here from MO. We are relieved.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Basic hospitality was clearly not a priority—no warm welcome and absolutely no effort to make guests feel valued. Communication was a complete nightmare. I had called ahead with specific questions about early check-in and parking, only to arrive and be told completely different information by the front desk. No one seemed to be on the same page, and getting a straight answer was impossible. would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy being ignored and frustrated during your stay. Don’t waste your time or money here when there are far better options in the same area. I would give this place a 0 if possible

Just kind of a “meh” quality property. The front desk staff weren’t super friendly. The rooms definitely weren’t the cleanest. House keeping came really early and then didn’t come back. Just not my best stay experience.

This hotel looked very good with free parking and internet when my family reserved one room through Hotwire.com on Sun. Jul 06, 25. Since we have three adults, we chosen a room with two queen beds with paying a little higher price(hotwire.com offers the opinions of choosing the room type with different prices) . We arrive the hotel about midnight, we all were tired and just waited the front desk clerk to arrange a room for us. When the front desk clerk told me that there a room with a king bed for us, I told her we booked a 2-queen bed room through hotwire.com; she said that sometimes the third-party didn’t know the real situation in the hotel. My wife asked her again and she just said our room were sold out . And she said the room had a sofa bed. So we took the key and entered the room in the 2nd floor. But we found the sofa bed too soft and when laid down on it the spring make my back really uncomfortable. So I called the hotwire.com customer service. A representative helped us and called the hotel and tried to resolve this issue, but he was told that rooms were sold out and cannot change room. Hotwire.com gave a $25 credit in my hotwire account. Later in half hour, we left this hotel and drove to the next city on our trip without sleeping.

Just a quick overnight on the way. Older property that is well maintained.

Booked 2 queen beds. Ended up with a king bed and pull out couch. Pull out couch was very uncomfortable.
