"Disastrous stay"

Nothing

Hotel moved attendees belongings out of the room without notice. No response regarding issues and have tried twice to call with no answer. Person that was attending were unable to get a clean new room after being kicked out of their current room at 11pm. Disaster of a stay and won't be returning.

"Hopeless value for money for a very scruffy hotel."

Location by ferry Good breakfasts

Generally dirty, smelly and sticky breakfast tables Public areas delapidated, scruffy and tired. Whole hotel in need of complete refurbishment.

Port Askaig ist für uns ein ganz besonderer Ort seit Jahrzehnten. Die kleine Ecke mit der Fähre nach Jura und den grossen Fähren in beide Richtungen. Der Ort mit dem Pub und Hotel sind der "Meeting Point " der Einheimischen und Gästen die authentisches Leben und die Natur lieben. Einach ... klasse ... es soll bleiben wie es ist !!

Das Haus benötigt dringende Renovationen ... wir empfehlen einen Pub Besuch für ein paar "Pints" und frischem Seafood !! köstlich und hilft den Finanzen für die Renovation.

The staff was trying their best to make up for the poor condition the hotel is in. Breakfast and dinner was lovely, great location

Couldn't check in at the given check-in time. Instead of a double bed, two beds were pushed together, and one of them was higher than the other, making sleeping on them quite uncomfortable. The bathroom was okay but the shower doors were hanging off. You could also see dead insects in the lamp shade if you turned the bathroom lamp on. The hotel is in dire need of renovation. For the price they charge you would expect better facilities.
