No microwave in room… during my stay fire alarm went on for 4 or 5x

Facilities are neglected, dated Pool was meh No restaurant, room service, had to pay to park. Common in a lot of properties but this was not it…. Check out staff was indifferent to assist. Literally stood at the counter and the attendant made no greeting or offer to check me out until another patron cued and he jumped to help them. Poorly trained agent was too immature to respond. TV had no internet access & had to call Luis from engineering to reset modem.which didn’t work. No TV. Valet coming in was polite. Valet leaving might as well have thrown my keys at me. -noticed a red colored scrape on my low spoiler that wasnt there when they parked it. Trashy property veiled as swanky, expensive. But damn people. Hospitality is YOUR JOB! 🤦‍♀️

Very helpful staff carried all our gear, dog stuff included, up to our room.

Noise from construction across the street sucked.

Location is great

It is only really a bunch of timeshares and it depends which unit one gets that has been updated or not etc. there is construction in units that is disruptive. You can’t charge to your room for example at the pool. No restaurant either

The hotel is gorgeous. Facilities are really good. Great gym, amazing pool and good spa. Rooms are big. Staff was very responsive.

Two major things we didn’t like: 1. Beds are extremely hard which made it hard for us to sleep well. 2. They used a portable AC in our room (their rooms don’t have Air Conditioning) and that device was super loud. We could open the windows to get fresh air as our room was located next to the board walk and all the lights and noises from outside disturbed our night. So, great hotel, not the best for us to get some rest.
