Course was phenomenal and the golf staff were very friendly and helpful. The biggest complaint was about the beverage cart and the time it took to get drinks plus the friendliness of the beverage cart attendant. We waited 15-20 minutes for two drinks to be made and the group behind us ended up being very irate at us even though we had no control over the situation. The beverage cart had to write down all my card information instead of having a credit card terminal handy. I ended up being charged for two drinks I didn’t order and could have caught the issue if that card reader was present.

This location is special and unique as the casitas are grouped around the property and golf course with abundant nature trails. We have been staying here for years the only downside being they haven’t upgraded the spa and it is in desperate need of a full makeover in the locker rooms. My spa service massage was great. The on site dining was delicious a beautiful restaurant and outdoor patio, One thing that really stuck out this visit is the excellent service by all the staff. We were really impressed by how nice everyone was you can tell that management had gone above and beyond to insure the guest experience is excellent. My only request to management is that you get new robes the ones provided are very ratty and not akin to a 5 star property. If you can’t buy the nice robes that the spa has maybe eliminate the robes in rooms and have them delivered on request.

Service at the Grille at Bogeys was wonderful with Bryce as our server. Food and dining experience was excellent and he took very good care of us! Also the front desk attendant Shirley as very welcoming and kind and such a delight to see and took such good care of us. Very grateful for her and the staff has all been tremendous help and exceptional service. 10/10! Will definitely be back soon!

I'm writing not about the hotel - My raving review is for Errika and Ducky at The Grill. Oh Above and beyond..Service, Heart, and Kindness Errika saw I was famished and even though the kitchen was closed, she called in Ducky from the kitchen to help. He said II can make you a sandwich or salad. I said BOTH! And they were delicious!! What a wonderful two some!!!!! Thank God for them! And Cliff tooloo

Visited the grill at bogeys for dinner and drinks. Our server Bryce was fabulous, attentive, and polite. Provided great recommendations on the menu which was excellent. Mel also made sure our evening was top notch with great service. Shirley at the front desk is fabulous and always makes sure our needs are met when we visit the resort. Always makes visiting the boulders a smooth experience and will be back soon!

Another fantastic stay at the Boulders Resort & Spa, which is exactly why I keep coming back. My room was wonderful—spotless, peaceful, and the beds seemed new and incredibly comfortable. The staff throughout the resort was excellent once again, and I want to give special recognition to Cliff in Valet, Sarah in the Discovery Bar, Chris at the Spotted Donkey, and Shubham Raj at the spa restaurant. Each of them brought genuine warmth and great hospitality. I ate in all of the food outlets during my stay and every meal was delicious. Nothing disappointed—everything was consistently yummy. I also loved the spa, especially the fact that you can use several of the amenities without extra charges. It’s a great perk that adds so much to the experience. Free parking at the resort is another big plus that sets the Boulders apart. The resort remains beautiful, relaxing, and wonderfully maintained. It truly feels like an escape, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Beautiful resort. Great golf. Friendly/helpful staff (especially Erikka (server/bartender in the golf Gille-super friendly/helpful/and made us feel like we were family).

We had dinner at the Spotted Donkey and had a fantastic experience with Alexa, our server. It was my first time visiting and she shared her favorite dishes, described what the popular items are and of course the delicious margaritas! I hesitate to order frozen because they usually have a lot of sugar but these were perfect. We came in on the later side and were not rushed and the food quality and taste were excellent. Alexa really made our night! Can’t wait to go back.
