"Beautiful Spa Day with Friends"

From a relaxing Acumassage treatment to Gentle yoga and a poolside lunch our spa day with friends was exceptional. Customers service was great! We had Shubham Raj as our food server person and he provided 5 star service. I’ll make a point to return to The Boulders.

"Amazing resort with friendly staff!"

Everything about my stay was wonderful. Parker was super helpful and always quick to assist me when I had questions. Josh, one of the golf cart drivers, was also super kind and helpful. Everyone was professional and smiling for every encounter. The CSM in charge of the conference I worked was not responsive or friendly like everyone else. She lacked any sense of urgency or focus on customer service. While Parker and Josh consistently went above and beyond.

"Wonderful stay"

This location is special and unique as the casitas are grouped around the property and golf course with abundant nature trails. We have been staying here for years the only downside being they haven’t upgraded the spa and it is in desperate need of a full makeover in the locker rooms. My spa service massage was great. The spa pool cafe server Shubham Raj provided excellent service thank you Raj!! The on site dining was delicious a beautiful restaurant and outdoor patio, One thing that really stuck out this visit is the excellent service by all the staff. We were really impressed by how nice everyone was you can tell that management had gone above and beyond to insure the guest experience is excellent. My only request to management is that you get new robes the ones provided are very ratty and not akin to a 5 star property. If you can’t buy the nice robes that the spa has maybe eliminate the robes in rooms and have them delivered on request.

"Afternoon spot"

Always a great place to sit outside and enjoy the sun while having a great meal. Service was great- Megan did a wonderful job. We try to visit the Spotted Donkey every time we are in town
