Boulders Resort & Spa Scottsdale, Curio Collection by Hilton

We went to all of the restaurants and bars on the property and Our favorite server by far, who always gave us the best experience, fantastic service and delicious drinks, was Erikka!

The Grounds at Boulders are beautiful and perfectly maintained with lots of clean, clear walking trails. The Casitas are well appointed, large bathrooms, comfortable beds with luxurious linens. Dajana, villa property manager, was available, attentive and accommodating in every way with suggestions and information about the property that were helpful. Shubbam Raj was visible in many parts of the property making sure we had anything we needed. His attention to detail made us feel like we were the only guests on the property. A smile and help with anything we needed was much appreciated. He was mindful of my birthday and made it special. Daniel was our server at Palo Verde restaurant, birthday dinner, was the best we could have hoped for. Daniel explains the menu and offers service like he owns the place. He really cares about the customer and the experience. He had the most colorful and animated description of specials, which made it hard to order anything else. We sat outside on the patio, ambiance was very romantic. Our zucchini blossoms and filet were exceptional which brings me to Chef Jason. He came to the table a few times to check on us and add some verbal color to the meal. He is passionate about his creations and provided and exceptional meal. Another gentleman, Food and Beverage manager, (don't have his name) was excellent at making sure anything we needed was available. After leaving the resort, I realized I left something in the room. Mia at the front desk was happily helpful in finding t and getting it shipped to my home address. Thank you Mia. The staff is friendly and kind, they all make sure your visit is more than you expected. congratulations to all of you for trying so hard to make The Boulders a great choice for guaranteed enjoyment. Too expensive, limited food options.

Our stay at Boulder’s was wonderful. We had breakfast a couple of times and we were well taken care of buy Erikka. She was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. Great service. We came back again for grab and go breakfast most mornings for the food and great service.

The Boulders is a beautiful resort. The casita was clean and well accommodated. The main restaurant has delicious food with unique flavors. Our server, Shubham Raj, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the entire experience.

The entirety of the team is phenomenal and made our stay relaxing and fun. A particular shoutout to Erikka whom we met our first day and had the honor of getting to know over our trip. You made our days fun, we felt so cared for, and appreciated all of your recommendations! We will be back!

My mother has had a home in the boulders resorts for 35 years. So, I know the property well. I recently stayed in a casita at the resort with my wife. we were more than very disappointed as the entire resort was outdated, old, and dirty. The resort casitas need more than a re-fresh. we were not notified that the pool at the lodge was closed and instead were informed we could use another pool 1/2 mile away. the pool construction was noisy and dusty. In our casita #237 the shower drain was clogged, the a/c unit was old and noisy and the carpets were filthy. walking to the unit we were frequently almost run over by golf carts escorting other guests to their casitas.. if we took another path the path lighting was falling off the walls and the pavement was cracked. there was no right of way given to people who were walking and no friendly interactions.

My wife was serve at the bar at off pick time. Food was very good as well as the service. Especially Megan one of the bartenders. She particularly impressed by finding things that needed done while the other bartender was more interested in chatting with his other service staff. We will return and recommend.

From the moment we drove into the resort, we were greeted with the most positive smiles and energy. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. At check-in, my husband and I asked if my sister could come visit, as she lives in the area, and there was nothing but positive encouragement. We were given an extra pool band for her on the spot, no hassles at all. We've stayed at other resorts in the area for previous trips and we were told that we'd have to pay over $100 per day for family to visit us on the grounds. This was not the case with The Boulders...we were SO impressed with their care and customer service. On our last night at the Boulders, we chose to dine at the Grill Kitchen and Bar. To no surprise, we were greeted by such energetic and enthusiastic staff who went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one. Someone in our party needed to eat gluten free, vegan, dairy-free. Naturally, it can be a challenge for her to find something that she's able to order off any menu. This was not the case at the Grill. Our server, Erikka, listened to the needs of a guest and was more than willing to talk with Chef Ducky to see if something could be curated to meet her needs. Erikka never made us feel that we were being difficult for making such a request, rather she said that Chef Ducky likes to be creatively challenged to put something together to meet the needs of the guests. We were thankful that Chef Ducky brought the dish out directly to my sister, explaining what he made for her, which allowed us to show our gratitude to him. When we had dessert, Erikka added her special attention to detail and care yet again, as she included sliced strawberries to the treat that my husband and I were going to share. Strawberries on the side so my sister could enjoy a dessert treat as well. We left the Grill with tummies filled and hearts warmed by the whole dining experience. The Boulders is SO lucky to have these two staff members representing their brand.
