Hotel Royal

Very nice hotel in the heart of Geneve, great stay, great staff ! Maybe the SPA need a little refresh but that's a detail, Thanks

The hotel is located near centre but also near main train station and this was perfect for us. The tram station is just in front of the hotel also and the free full local transport tickets you can ask at the hotel . Inside looked clean and all there are polite and helpful .

Second stay at this very clean and well run hotel 5 min walk from the main railway station, very smart and helpful front desk staff. Room was very clean and spacious with large comfortable bed and wall mounted TV. Good wifi reception and complimentary water in the room fridge. This hotel is very luxurious and is reflective in the room rates. We were also provided with Geneva city transport cards free of charge for the duration of our visit. Two things that could be improved, replace the not so efficient room coffee machine with a standard kettle, replace the small old toaster in the breakfast room with a more modern efficient model and finally be aware any room at the back of the hotel back on to the main railway line so can be disturbing if you chose to have the window open.

We had a lovely stay at the Royal. The hotel is beautiful and is in a very convenient location. We stayed in one of the "apartments" and it had everything that we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Having a small but well appointed kitchen was a luxury. And having a small outdoor deck was lovely. Everything was clean- actually spotless! And the entire staff, from front desk to parking attendant to housekeeping, was very friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this hotel. Our only regret is that we never got a chance to enjoy their Michelin rated restaurant. Maybe next time!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Geneva . Staff all very friendly and the service was excellent . We had our 2 dogs with us and the hotel is very pet friendly . If we come back to Geneva we will certainly stay at the Royal again

Room was clean and not enough lightings.

I had a great couple of nights here and would certainly stay again. The location is great, just a few moments walk from the train station and a number of restaurants and bars very close by. The welcome at reception was friendly and it took very little time to complete the check in. My room was on the first floor and a standard single offering, but was very impressive. The decor was superb - really cosy and elegant and had all the amenities you could wish for. As it had been booked for single occupancy there was only one sachet of coffee, one mug etc, which felt a little bit stingy but everywhere was clean and I could have stayed many more nights without getting uncomfortable. There was no noise from the adjacent rooms or outside, but the room wasn’t overlooking the street. The bathroom continued the great vibe, having a traditional luxury feel with everything clean again. A single towel was again a little annoying, but a robe and slippers were present in the wardrobe. The shower was over the bath but pleasant enough and the toiletries were nice too. If you need to be in this part of the city and want somewhere comfortable then I’d highly recommend - I’ll be back!

Our hotel was a short walk from the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Room was quiet and we slept well.

Good location. Hotel breakfast options very limited. All or nothing buffet overpriced and not worth it. No express options. No coffee available in the mornings at the bar as suggested in their information found in the room. Rooms stuffy and street very loud at night with windows open. Otherwise good location.

Conveniently located in front of a tram stop. Free public transportation with QR code provided at check in. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants Breakfast and reception staff were friendly and helpful Housekeeping definitely needs improvement.
