absolutely loved our stay here! all staff members were so kind and so helpful. The rooms were pure luxury, so clean and quiet. After our Machu Picchu tour, i got a massage with Mayra and it was incredible - just what I needed! Thank you so much to the incredible staff and gorgeous hotel. We wish we could have stayed longer!

"Impeccable service, unique property, pricey option but still worth it."

The team and service level here is impeccable. We had a small one bedroom suite and for the price paid, the room could use an upgrade. The hotel itself is expansive and is a very special place for sure with some fun activities available for the guests.

"A hotel filled with character, charm , great location and staff who recognise you by name"

A wonderful atmospheric hotel with a stunning lobby & such a welcome from the handsome Carlos at the hotel entrance who for the duration of our stay remembered my name. Highlights of this hotel is the sumptuous buffet breakfast every breakfast wish is fulfilled along with the accompaniment of a traditional Peruvian harpist all the while enjoying watching the alpacas in the courtyard truly a breakfast to remember. I also have to recommend the Pisco Sour masterclass at 6pm in the hotel bar hosted and indeed performed by Daniel the Barman and chief mixologist extraordinaire he was all that plus a comedian and we both enjoyed his skills with a delicious and in our opinion the best Pisco Sour of our trip. Would highly recommend this wonderful character hotel.

"The Best Dining Experience"

We had the best dinner at Restaurante Inti Raymi! The food was delicious and our waiter, Samuel, made it such a fun experience. We’re glad we’re coming back in a few days - we know exactly where we’ll be eating!
