Fletcher Hotel - Restaurant Epe - Zwolle

Hotel is dated and refurbishment works are long overdue. It is lacking basic attention to detail. This includes maintenance works (aircon in my room had been broken for a long time apparently, but instead of fixing this there was a fan and my room on the top floor was about 30 degrees even though outside it was below 20 degrees) and the lift doors kept closing on people (our 5 year old daughter got out and doors closed straight away and at another occasion the doors closed slam shut on people). Once they spend some money on modernisation, the hotel has great potential, but they are not there yet. Also basic items such as shower gel and conditioners not provided. On the positive side is the good size swimming pool with decent temperature and the location in the forest. And if you like ten pin bowling, this can be found inside the hotel.

Third stay and third time very satisfied with my stay at Epe. My venue of choice when visiting Zwolle.

The room was great...small but very efficient. Would have loved tea/coffee maker in the room. The restaurant was a disappointment...trying to be a good restaurant but missing the mark in service and in cooking.....

The hotel forgot to make my room the first day. The flies in the room was not taken care of. This was my second visit. The first one was better. The hotel is nicely situated in a nature reserve. The hotel itself is a little worn.

Booked for 14 days with the view to be semi self contained as we attended a function in the area but there are no facilities nor the space in the room (not even enough room for two adults cases) - economy room which we sought out, yes but economy of space was somewhat stifling. BUT, let it be said with emphasis, the staff were excellent and more than made up for the disappointments we experienced - friendly, obliging, understanding and could not be more helpful, they were Princesses in themselves, congratulations Sanay and Ashley, you put homeliness into our stay - thank you.

Beautiful building! Pool was wonderful. Lots of special amenities. We could have spent several days! Great price! Thanks.

Stopped here on a bicycle trip for a great price. It's in a beautiful area, and we won a free breakfast for two from their little discount machine, for which we will be eternally grateful. Facilities are very comfortable, if a little old.
