Le gentil Monsieur à la réception lors de mon arrivée pour sa gentillesse

À mon arrivée, la porte était grande ouverte, j’ai dû retourner à la réception pour que le réceptionniste m’accompagne et vérifie qu’il n’y avait personne dans ma chambre et qu’il n’y avait pas de dégradation car n’importe qui pouvait y entrer.Les draps n’étaient pas propres. Il y avait des Cheveux partout. Le lendemain soir lorsque je suis retournée dans ma chambre, la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée pire encore, quelqu’un est rentré et a laissé plein de terre au sol et rallumé la clim que j’avais éteinte en partant exprès.

- Kuvat ehkä hieman mairittelivat hotellia ja sen huoneita. Paikalla tehty remonttia mutta selvästi iäkäs paikka. -Huoneiden varustetaso oli aika vaatimaton -Kaikki ylimääräiset palvelut olivat aika hintavia. -Aamiainen ja ravintola ei ihan vakuuttanut hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. -Kesällä huone oli erittäin kuuma nukkua. En suosittele huonetta ilman ilmastointia kesäaikaan. Muuten nukkuminen voi olla aika vaikeaa. -Paikka oli enemmänkin leirikeskus kuin hotelli. Perhelomailuun ja työmatkoille tämä ei ole ehkä ihan paras vaihtoehto. Sijainti hotellilla oli aika haastava. Ympäristössä ei ole juuri muita palveluita. Tämä oli toki ennakkoon tiedossa.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly

We had to walk from the empty restaurant to another building to the front desk, and wait while they checked someone in, to book a table. Then we could walk back to the restaurant and were allowed to enter! Madness!! It wasn’t as if it was billed to my room. Such irrelevant rigidity is for the operation of the business. I figure they don’t trust their staff. I assume they are a hotel chain, but they chain their guests to their own fixations. The other issue was the bed was very very soft. You sleep in it rather than on it, enveloped like a hammock, which was a challenge for my back. I’m glad it wasn’t hot!

De streek in het algemeen. De apparte huisjes op het complex. Het ontbijt was goed.

Dat onze kamer niet was gepoetst toen we 's avonds terug kwamen. Vuilbakken vol. Vuile handdoeken lagen nog op de grond en niet vervangen. Bedden niet opgemaakt.
