"Good location and hotel. Bad front desk staff and hospitality!"

Good location.

The staff at the hotel weren’t helpful and rather rude. The person at the front desk acted like she was doing me a favour when I asked for a slightly late checkout. She gave me 11:30 instead of 11:00 and was quite rude. So little for a £370/night stay. I was expecting far more hospitality. Poor customer service and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Being a disabled person. There was no direct lift to where my bedroom was, if there was there was no signage. I had to carry my baggage up 1 flight of stairs. Which gave me a bad back pain. There should be something on your booking website asking if any one any disability's, in order to be placed near a lift or ground floor room.. The breakfast was always cold or lukewarm,
