Location was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful

No air con in the rooms (during the hottest week of the year), this made it unbearable. Kitchen closed at 9pm, which meant the limited room service menu was effectively redundant after that. No minibar/fridge in the room to compensate for lack food available later than 9pm

In my time I have visited hotels all around the world including Mecure Hotels. I am extremely dissatisfied with the accommodation and cleanliness of our so called premium room (111) to such an extent that we felt we had to leave first thing this morning. I as I am sure you would expect better from your chain. Our room had brown stains on the carpet, dirty marks on the carpet, stained glass table, old bedside tables which were peeling away showing the chipboard underneath from the plastic. The glass above the doors which leads onto the balcony was cracked!! Marks all over paintwork and walls This surely is not what you expect from a 4 * Yours a note so happy customer.

Nice view, Location good since it was a bit away from the noisy party mile

Poor parking situation. It took me 2 hrs to find a free parking spot (finally succeeding at IKEA), car was damaged when I came back ; Very noisy room neighbors until 3am and starting again at 6 am (I can’t recommend a room which can be connected by a door to the next room, you can hear every single word); Breakfast was very average
