That the pool is open for the community. Its nice that the hotel provides this but when its open to all and children it does not feel like a break as its too busy.

"A go to hotel if you need to be in Hull area. Always a warm welcome."

The staff, helpful with a smile and greeting always.

Lack of a proper restaurant. Two weddings made getting into breakfast impossible. We had ours in reception with the door opening and closing making it cold.

The hotel and staff itself were fine.

There was a loud music playing wedding going on and football team. We were exhausted and needed a quiet nights sleep. We lasted less than half an hour and made alternative arrangements. There was nothing wrong with the hotel and staff, just too busy for us.

Staff and location were good

Bed was too hard. Room was right above wedding venue and noise and sound vibration was awful . No facility for electric vehicles
