It was close to other amenities and very easy to get to. Staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful.

Room was not as clean as I’d expect it to be on arrival, dirt and dust visible. Shower did not drain very well either. Although this is not an essential, there were no plug sockets near the bed or bedside areas, so had to use plug facilities on other places in the room with a chair, so comfort was reduced. Wanted to make use of heath spa facilities there, hot tub was not working.
