Overpriced, door was bent away from the frame, broken ice machine, loud HVAC unit, TV remote activates/switches both TVs, fee for parking, side door out of order

Friendly helpful staff, needed a bigger room and they upgraded us at no charge on the fly. On site bar and restaurant. Food and service were amazing and good prices for portion size.

"NYE fun"

The room was nice and spacious, with a mini fridge and coffee/tea setup, which was a plus. There was good seating space as well. The bed wasnโ€™t the most comfortable, but overall the room was still very nice. We attended a New Yearโ€™s Eve event with Cusecon. During our stayโ€” the food and catering were really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the evening.

everything was nice and clean the shampoo dispenser was not working

no breakfast was served on Monday, and Tuesday, I came in on Sunday thinking I would have breakfast the next morning
