"Great stay ! Excellent customer service"

So I stayed for 4 days . Itโ€™s an older hotel with no amenities, however what they lacked in amenities they made up for it with excellent customer service. I called the hotel the shuttle and they picked me up immediately. Every single employee from front desk to maintenance was pleasant and helpful from check in to check out .

David at the front desk was amazing. He was super helpful and cheerful while solving a problem with my shower my first night, and made my stay great. Hotel is close to campus and several good restaurants. The lobby area is set up well for business travelers to get work done. I would definitely stay again.

I felt unsafe. Random people walking in and out of the hotel and no security whatsoever. Anyone could have walked through the doors and walked right upstairs without anyone stopping them.

If you like driving around the parking lot looking for the entrance to the hotel after a long day of driving, stay here! If you miss the days of paper tv guides, youโ€™ll be happy here. If you like tiny sinks without much room for your stuff, look no further. If youโ€™re worried youโ€™ll be too cold to sleep, this place makes sure the room goes no colder than 73 degrees! If youโ€™re worried about being lonely, this place will have a house fly in your room to remind you youโ€™re not alone! If youโ€™ve been burned in the shower before, this place has lukewarm water so you donโ€™t have to worry about that! And if you have an itch you just canโ€™t scratch, youโ€™re in luck because this place has sandpaper towels!

"Not worth it!"

Itโ€™s very dirty - our room smells like old cigarettes bc the carpet hasnโ€™t been changed (or vacuumed in corners) since the 70s? The hotel feels like a hostel to me, staying here was a mistake.
