QT Bondi

Loved the location , easy access to beach and all the services. Wonderful staff, the receptionist Laura was exceptional, she was so competent and helpful. Due to unexpected interruption to our travel plans we chose to return here and met more of the reception staff who were also superb.

Bad smell in room. Dishwasher broken. Staff offered us another room but was at a lower floor and not any better than ours and we had already unpacked. No other compensation offered. Staff disinterested

Formerly an amazing hotel now very tired with no facilities. The location is amazing but is surrounded by incredibly loud construction which meant it was impossible to enjoy the stay - the huge amount of noise penetrates even when the doors closed. Very unpleasant. The rooms are spacious and used to be amazing. No ventilation in the bathroom meaning every time you shower all toiletries get wet and the entire room steams up. Only a small amount of rooms have balconies you can sit on - mine was very small and I had to have a friend bring me a small fold up chair to sit on as there’s no furniture or way to enjoy the small amount of outdoor space. There used to be facilities and there are no longer which means the cost of the hotel is outrageous for what you get - tired rooms, no service (abrupt unhelpful staff, I had to get all my heavy bags down alone etc), no facilities and construction noise (not the hotel’s fault but be aware when booking) meaning the whole time I was wishing I were at home and regretting the price payed. Have stayed at the QT many times over the years and this time I could not be more disappointed. I would absolutely not recommend.

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación. La decoración es muy linda pero está en mal estado. La habitacion es espaciosa y tiene una cocina muy completa (a pesar que no la usamos).

El hotel es general está en mal estado. Le falta cuidado. Los muebles están descascarados, las paredes despintadas, la alfombra vieja y gastada, el piso de madera todo rayado. El balcón estuvo sucio durante los 4 días que estuvimos. Hay una construcción enfrente y las habitaciones tienen esa vista fea. Había feo olor en los pasillos. La manager no pudo resolver nuestras inquietudes respondiendo como si no le importara. No corresponde para nada la relación precio - calidad. El hotel es caro para lo que ofrece. No tiene restaurant.

Bath dirty and bed/pillows uncomfortable. $700 for 1 night. A real joke unfortunately
