Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber teilweise überfordert. Wir hatten z.B. Frühstück mitgebucht. Die Dame im Frühstücksraum wusste nichts davon. Wir hatten late check-out um 15 Uhr. Dann wurden wir angerufen, warum das Zimmer um 11.30 Uhr noch nicht geräumt haben. Das Badezimmer war nicht sehr sauber und auch im Zimmer waren die Wände schmutzig. Das Tablett hat nicht funktioniert. Die Gegend ist auch grenzwertig.
