- Not expected as typical 5 star hotel. - Family room quite small.not spacious. - Toilet's door quite small and there is thick wall inside that you will keep hit on it when you enter the door. Otherwise,squeeze yourself a bit to enter. - Complimentary drink only Air Minuman that has typical smell. They should provide Mineral water at least. - In-room slipper very not comfortable to wear. The look and the feel very cheap. Better just provide typical white hotel slipper, at least comfortable to wear. - Nasi lemak bit salty. - Gulai ayam also a bit salty. - In-room assist system quite confius for 1st timer guest. If need assistance,when use the phone,they will not answer at all. Need to use QR from the TV, use chat app ask support. However, the chat actually one-sided chat and they wont reply at the chat app. And you will keep waiting response on chat. Later on, actually they will just call the room phone to confirm. Why not just respond in chat as typical chat app.

Breakfast and family room were both excellent. Apart from the pool area (more below), the overall hotel build quality is great.

Pool area appears to still be undergoing renovation/upgrade - unsightly tarpaulin canvas separating kids and adult pools, a few broken tiles and cracked floor at the kids pool area, steps going up to kids slide filled with moss, and finally just not enough pool chairs for the size of the hotel. Hopefully they can get those fixed up soon to match the quality of the other parts of the hotel.

Fireworks and fire night show at the beach. Nice kid pools. The pools are very close to the beach.

Need to queue for more than 15 minutes to wait for the sits. If family with baby or small children quite though. Hotel need to improve breakfast space especially on peak season.

Staf di cafe.. bila order kopi dan kek tidak menumpukan perhatian kepada pelanggan.. boleh buat kerja lain... bila dah bayar..resit tak keluar..staf kata tak bayar lagi.. bayar buat kali ke 2 .. resit tak keluar lagi.. staf suruh buat pembayaran lagi.. anak pun ckp klu bayar lagi sudah 3 kali bayar..cek lah dulu.. duit dah masuk ke belum..baru nak cek .. rupanya dah 2 kali bayar resit tak keluar..tiada permohonan maaf pun keluar dari mulut staf... bila minta pemulangan duit lebih kena tunggu 24 jam.. Masa nk cek out tadi anak pergi tanya pada staf yang bertugas rupanya tiada pemberitahuan pasal masalah yang terjadi... Dulu sebelum newly upgraded 5 star.. bilik family besar dan ada 2 bilik air ada bathtab sekali..sekrg bilik jadi kecil cuma ada1 bilik air bathtab tiada..tombol pintu pun rosak... control tv kongsi untuk 2 tv.. tak mcm hotel 5 start 🤔

1)Pantai Balok, Kuantan it self is very beautiful place 2) Near the beach 3) Breakfast is good

1) Parking is disaster 2) Food delivery cannot meet at lobby. We have to meet the delivery guy at post guard 3) Not wort of the money for 5 stars hotel 4) Reception staff gone while my turn. Then I have to reque again. Reception staff from other counter not bother to entertain me. 5) Not worth of money spend 6) Room detail is very misleading. Im willing to pay for RM1700 for the seaview. But the view is like 20% seaview, 80% opposite room. Totally not worth it. 7) Breakfast need to wait for 20 min for table.
