Front desk attendant, Nicolette, was very welcoming. Hotel appears to be a little older so there are some signs of wear here & there but is still clean. Front lobby is very nice. Suite rooms are well supplied & very spacious.

It was a great stay! Only thing I would add is toppers for you beds! I was in a king suite and the mattress was super firm for my liking!

Hotel staff were great. The hotel is older, carpets dirty, room door didnโ€™t close completely. The room had a terrible smell. We had to switch hotels.

The staff was nice and welcoming

We had to move rooms because the toilet wouldnโ€™t flush, the microwave didnโ€™t work. Then got to new room and the toilet flushes twice and then stopped. The remote was missing in main bedroom, there were strange stains on the lamp shades also bugs in the window and a huge spider on the curtain. Which canโ€™t be helped I understand . The furniture is very well worn and the comforters need to be replaced. The light fixture looked to be ready to fall out if the ceiling. I have pics if needed.

"Not in the safest area to stay"

This is not against the hotel at all. The hotel staff were very kind, the room smelled and looked clean. The location of this hotel does not seem to be in a safe area. From local police being called within an hour of our stay on other guests, to hearing gun shots 3 different times during the night, if there is anywhere safer to stay, it is highly recommended. Our phone rang randomly during the night, which woke us up. Just donโ€™t stay here.
