False advertising there was no Jacuzzi and that was the main thing I wanted to get in

I can't believe this place has a 4.3 rating on TripAdvisor. We got very little sleep during our stay, and overall the property was a huge disappointment. The hotel is pet-friendly, which may be a positive if you're traveling with animals. However, if you're not, be aware that it often feels more like a pet hotel than a regular hotel. Our room smelled strongly of dog, and when we complained, we were told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. The problems didn't stop there. Dogs in neighboring rooms barked late into the night and early in the morning, and it seemed like some had been left unattended. Despite multiple disturbances, the front desk said there was nothing they could do. As a result, we were repeatedly woken up throughout our stay. On Saturday morning, the landscaping crew started mowing and using leaf blowers at 7:30 a.m., adding even more noise. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off early one morning and woke everyone up. The hotel also seemed geared toward families, with children frequently running up and down the hallways. If the property itself had been nicer, I might have rated it 3 stars despite the noise issues. Unfortunately, the facilities were underwhelming as well. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not stay here again.

The staff were nice

There was no air conditioning in the halls, it was extremely hot. The ceiling in my hotel room looked like it was going to cave in at anytime.
