Space in room and the back yard scene

The door didn't have a lock sink was dirty shower had hair . Pillows smelt dirty towels stained room wasnt swept mold in the refrigerator room was it cooling.couldve been a better stay. I am a executive for housekeeping and housekeeping can do a better job....

Suite was spacious

No pool No jacuzzi No lobby No real breakfast only grab and go bags Bathtub was concave uncomfortable to stand in. Bathroom Was extremely small bathroom door almost hits toilet when you open it. Have to shuffle around to open door.

This hotel was one of, if not, the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Luckily, we only were in town for one night, so we just suffered through it. When they say they are under construction, you better believe it. There is no lobby, no breakfast (except a little bag of disgusting unhealthy options) no coffee!! Unless you consider a packet mixed with water to be coffee. We had to leave and find a Starbucks. The hallways reek of marijuana, and everything is just filthy and worn out. Dirty, frayed carpet, cracked tiles, missing grout in between tiles, dirty upholstery, no blankets, etc. Homewood Suites used to always be a safe bet, but this experience has definitely changed my perception. By the way, signs all over the property say their lobby is under construction, but we were wondering…what about the rooms? They were nasty!
