The person on the reception it was very helpful. I stayed there before and never found a person makes me feel i was home. Hopefully you train everybody to be like him

Location

Housekeeping and total lack of concern by the manager, Steven Height. Night staff tried to be helpful but there was nothing they could do, except communicate with the manager. When I spoke and complained to the manager about the lack of housekeeping services, he did nothing and did not show any concern. Had one housekeeping service one day during a six night stay.

Front desk was friendly helpful understand from check in to check out. Everything was clean the kids loved the pool. I will definitely be back soon.
