Appreciated the efficient check-in, and the willingness to extend check-out time the next day. As for conditions, key card didn’t work on outside door nearest to room (227), and cold water sink faucet wobbly.

We were there for my brother's wedding and reserved a suite months in advance, only to arrive and find our reservation had been cancelled. We stood at the check-in desk for a long time, my 82-year-old mother worried sick that we didn't have a room. We finally got a room that was terribly FILTHY and run-down. Torn carpet, frayed and lifting carpet, stained and frayed furniture, dirty dishes in the cabinet, drawer in the kitchen in pieces when pulled out, filthy windows, curtains falling, and not being able to close them. It was the grossest room we have ever stayed in. Starting at seven in the morning, slamming doors for the storage and room outside of our door. If this were on my credit card, I would stop payment immediately.

"Convenient and well priced but needs to focus on maintenance"

We chose this hotel due to the proximity to an event we were going to in Hartford that we knew would end late. While it is conveniently located and the price was fair, I think the. management needs to pay more attention to two things - 1) maintenance of thinks like flicking lights and very loose faucets in the bathrooms. 2) the amount of cigarette smoke drifting up from the parking lot or coming from smoking rooms if there are any is a problem.
